*The Hobe Sound Murals project received a 2010 grant from Women Supporting the Arts, a program of the Arts Foundation of Martin County. An evening reception was held for the philanthropic members of that group and the grant recipients at the Mansion at Tuckahoe, Indian Riverside Park, Jensen Beach on Thursday April 15th. These funds will be allocated to cover the fabrication costs for the sponsorship plaques on the next sequence of murals.
*District 28 state Senator Joe Negron wrote a supportive and congratulatory letter


*The Hobe Sound Murals Project was once again nominated for
the 2011 Environmental Stewardship Award, from Keep
Martin Beautiful - in both the Non-Profit/Civic and the Unsung
Hero categories!
The reception and award night was held at Pipers Landing
on February 2, 2011.
